OPPOSE Gov. Whitmer's Red Flag Law Gun Grab!
On Wed. Jan 25, Governor Gretchen Whitmer is going to make a proposal in her State of the State address for red flag gun control - which will allow your guns to be taken away by authorities without due process. This is not only an infringement on 2nd Amendment rights, but also has a chilling effect on free speech, as people will be encouraged to self-censor as to not offend the snitch brigades who have the power to deprive you of your unalienable rights! We the undersigned call upon our elected officials to vote NO on red flag laws and any gun control measures.
Red flag laws are blatantly unconstitutional, turn due process on its head, have not been proven to stop any violence, and turn citizens into snitch brigades against their fellow man. These laws are immoral, anti-American and must be rejected!
Lawmakers MUST oppose red flag gun control and all of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's so-called "common sense" gun control measures that are attacks on the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution. If any state rep or state senator supports red flag laws or other gun control measures, we the undersigned will make sure they are voted out in the next election. This is a line-in-the-sand issue, and red flag gun control must be rejected.
